All sales on the merchandise are final. All product is made to order and cannot be resold after purchase. We do alternate garments to ensure fitting. Please Email us at vbennettdesigns@gmail.com for all inquires. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING TERMS

All products apart of The last dragon collection are made to order and require up to two weeks for turn around from the date it was placed. So please be proactive in ordering your product!

 

The Men's and women's wear  Orders placed by 12PM EST typically ship the same day, however during high traffic releases, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to process. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order.
